Shifting between departments and tasks; Being active during a working day; Evaluating expansion/downsizing strategies; Being able to discuss different opinions and finding solutions to problems; Implementing solutions.

How do you experience the corporate values in your daily work?

We listen:
My colleagues and manager try to understand my point of view. People respectfully comment on my input, for example how to change or improve things.

We give:
I receive knowledge and experience from my colleagues, which gives me a better overview of my tasks and responsibility. It is important that we never hide information from an employee.

We play:
Taking risks in life and business. We have to play in order to develop ourselves or as the organization we would like to become.

We act:
By acting I can improve the current situation. Actions always have consequences, and these consequences must be taken into consideration during the decision-making process.

Why is Pressalit a good place to work?

Every day I experience friendly people and an open mindset. In the graduate programme I get to switch environments and tasks. We work both individually and in teams on the projects, and there is a great social network between the young people in the company.
