Freedom
We give you a lot of headroom in Pressalit Group, and our organisation is informal. At the same time, it is a place where we are always on the go, which means that every employee must be flexible and ready for change. We focus on the "whole" person, and this is particularly evident in our work/life balance philosophy.
Employees have rich opportunities for leaving their stamp on their everyday work, and not least on the organisation. This is because we delegate a great deal of responsibility and our organisation is relatively flat.
