Diversity of tasks; freedom with responsibility; flexibility; working environment

What vales do you find important in your job?

    -  Diversity of tasks: My work is very project oriented 
       which means my tasks vary - I do not sit with the
       same tasks every day
    -  Freedom with responsibility: I have been given 
       responsibility with freedom in my working area
    -  Flexibility: Because of my work tasks (project 
       oriented), I can more or less plan my own working 
       day
    -  Working atmosphere: Nice colleagues and bosses

How do you experience the corporate values in your daily work?
