With Zaga (2001) we are “back to basics”. The name reflects the story – or saga – of Pressalit. It is the story of a company aiming at excellence. To Pressalit the word design means attending to details, endeavouring to make each individual element even better.

The soft, rounded form of Zaga resembles the very first designer seat – Pressalit Comfort from 1966.

That is why we call it “a seat with retro-touch” and talk about “tradition and renewal”. Innovations are the rounded edges and the new type of hinge-links without straps. It means even, smooth, hygienic surfaces. Each one of the elements contributes to the all-over pleasant, soft and round design language.
